Q1. Where is your factory? And when did you start your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China(mainland),
around 2 hours by high speed train from Shanghai as well as by car. We started it
from Year 2005 as a trading company. In 2008 we start our own surf leash and EVA Pad factory and in 2016 we start our own kayak and paddle factory. Welcome to visit us.
Q2. What is the MOQ?
A: Generally it's 500 pieces. But it changes among different products.If you need more details, please contact us.
Q3. What is the lead time?
A: For the first order, especially those with customized designs, it would take
35-45 days to complete the goods.
For reorders, it usually takes 20-35 days. Please keep it in mind the
lead time is always flexible. Please feel free to drop a message. We will do our best to
meet your needs.
Q4. How can i have my own Logo/design pic on the paddle ?
A: Usually customers do the design on their own. Though we accept simple paddle designs.
The logo can be put both on the blade and the shaft so as the pic. Please kindly offer
us the pic/logo in AI format or in high definition. and we welcome OEM with your own logo.
Q5: How do the products packed?
We usually pack the kayaks by Bubble Bag+ Plastic Bag, securely enough, also we can pack it by clients requirement, such as extra carton box.
Q6. What is the payment terms?
Usually it's 30% as deposit before mass production, and 70% balance before shipment.
We accept payment with T/T and credit card, Paypal, and L/C. We can also do the orders via
Alibaba Trade Assurance if a third party makes you feel more satisfied and guaranteed.
Q7. Where is your main market?
North America ranks as our top market. And also, we have many customers from Europe and Australia.
Q8. How can i get my samples?
Yes, we will be glad to make sample for you. Sample order can be placed on
Alibaba directly.
Q9.How can i know the process of my products?
We will always take photos of the process, about the production status,the packaging
details, the shipping time and the position of the paddles after delivery,
and we would send the photos to you to keep you informed.
Q10. Do you have coupons for discount?
Sorry, we don't have discount activity now, but when we have that, you
will be informed instantly only if you favorite the products you like or our
homepage.
Q11. How is your production ability?
Normally we could finish 2000pcs SUP paddles in ten work days after deposit.
